Our Approach: We believe that in order to bring about real change, we need to engage our clients not just during the training, but before and after the training. We do this through a 4-step approach: Assess, Design, Implement and Change.
STEP 1: ASSESS
We believe that in order to deliver clear results, we need to understand your organization’s unique business environment, challenges and needs.
We also need to listen to the training needs of individual participants as well as the people they serve and work with. Hence, we utilise our Clarity methods to capture the training needs and requirements of individual participants, their reporting managers/department heads, training sponsors, and any other individual/group whose inputs to the training program you think is important
STEP 2: DESIGN
With Clarity, you have clear knowledge of what goes on during the training. Your training requirements will be documented in the Clarity Training Program Outline. You get to review the training methodology and participant materials before the training. With your feedback, we amend the materials so that it will meet your training needs.
STEP 3: EXECUTE
At Clarity, we believe in learning that is inspiring, engaging and transforming for the participants. We know that people learn when it is fun and memorable. Therefore, while we focus on delivering knowledge, techniques and skills, we also make sure that participants have fun through activities, games and energizers. Our program activities are experiential and customised to your organizational situations, scenarios and challenges.
STEP 4: CHANGE
Usually, the work of the training company ceases after the training. For us, it is a continuation. Why?
We believe it is important to know whether our training program has led to real change. Changes in behaviour, application of skills and knowledge that will benefit your organization and your customers. Our Clarity methods will track and evaluate the change in the participants’ skills, knowledge and attitudes, and provide you with an analysis so that you can capture the results of your training.
